Our trade policy
 On shop.sanchocatene.it Sancho sales its products and carries out its e-business to all consumer.
 When we talk about "consumers" we refer to any individual whose act of buying on shop.sanchocatene.it.
 With regards to its trade policy, Sancho has the right to withdraw any order from parties other than the "consumer" or anyone who does not comply with its trade policy. These terms of use govern exclusively the offer and shipment of orders for products on shop.sanchocatene.it between users of shop.sanchocatene.it. 
The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or deliveries of products by entities other than Sancho through banners or any other hyperlinks.     Before submitting orders for products and services by entities other than Sancho, you should check the condition of their purchases. Sancho is not held responsible in any way for the provision of services by third parties or for the conclusion of e-commerce transactions between users and third parties.
The contract
To draw up the contract and purchase one or more products you will need to fill out an electronic purchase order form and transmit it to Sancho by following specific instructions. 
The order form contains a summary of the Terms of Use and of information on characteristics of each product ordered, such as: price (including all applicable fees or taxes), means of payment, delivery cost and method, right of withdrawal (including manner and timing of return of goods purchased). 
The agreement is completed when Sancho electronically receives your purchase order form and verifies the accuracy of data relating to your order. 
Before proceeding to the purchase of products through the transmission of the purchase order form you are asked to read the Terms of Use, print a copy with the print command and store it for your personal archive.
The order form will be stored in our database for the amount of time required to process the order. You can log on with your password on your private area to check an order status. 
Before the transmission of the purchase order form, you will also be asked to verify and correct any errors in the data entry. 
Languages offered for properly carrying out the contract with Sancho are Italian and English. Once the contract is finalized, Sancho will process your order.
Sancho will not process any incomplete or incorrect purchase order or any order that does not give sufficient guarantees of solvency.
Whenever this occurs you will know by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that Sancho did not respond to your purchase order specifying the reasons. If the products presented on Sancho are no longer available for sale since your last access to the site they will be edited and Sancho will let you know in good time and in any event within 30 days from the day following that on which you sent your order, any indication of the products ordered. In the case of order form forwarding and payment, Sancho will refund any sum you anticipated. 
With the electronic transmission of the purchase order form, you accept with the obligation to observe, Sancho terms and conditions. If you do not share some of the terms please do not carry our any order on shop.sanchocatene.it 
With the transmission of the purchase order form you accept the Terms of Use and any additional information on shop.sanchocatene.it, including General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. 
Once the contract is finalized Sancho will send you by e-mail, a purchase receipt containing a summary of information already specified in the form (information about the product and price, means of payment, return policy and delivery costs).
Warranties and indication of product prices
Shop.sanchocatene.it offers exclusively Sancho products. 
Sancho does not sell second-hand products or products whose quality is inferior to the one on the market. 
The characteristics of products are shown on shop.sanchocatene.it in each product description section. The images and colours of products offered for sale on shop.sanchocatene.it may not be the exact equivalent of the actual ones due to the effect of the computer screen. The prices of the products may be subject to updates. Make sure you know the product price before continuing with the order. 
Requests for purchases from countries not included among those displayed in the new user registration, will not be accepted by Sancho but you can ask what you need by e-mail to info@sanchocatene.it. 
All products are equipped with an identification card and a certificate of guarantee. You should not lose the card and the certificate of guarantee. 
n the event of return, Sancho has the option of denying the return of goods that are lacking the card or are modified in their essential characteristics or that have been damaged.

Payments
In order to pay for products and shipping you can choose one of the modalities specified in the order form.
When you pay by credit card, financial information (for example the number of credit / debit card and its expiration date) are forwarded to a encrypted protocol, Banca Sella  or other banks, that provide all data regarding electronic payment at distance, without any third parties involved. All information will never be used by Sancho for purposes different from purchase or to issue repayments in the event of refunds of products, as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal.

The price for the purchase of goods and related shipping costs, as shown in the order form, will be charged to your account at the time of shipment of goods purchased

Return Policy
You have the right to terminate the contract with Sancho without any penalty, but you must specify the reason for termination within ten (10 ) days from the date of receipt of the product and only when Sancho has accepted your request to terminate the contract. It is not possible to exchange a product with another product. To withdraw from the contract, you should download and use the return form.
You will have to return products within fifthen (15) days from receiving the goods through a courier shipment and it will be at your own expenses.
The right of withdrawal in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in this article, is exercised properly if the following conditions are met:
A) The return form must be sent to Sancho within ten days from the date of receipt of the goods and accepted by Sancho.
B) products should not be used, worn or damaged; 
C) the identification card must be returned together with the products and the warranty certificate; 
D) products must be returned intact in their original packaging; 
E) products will be sent back to Sancho through a single shipment. Sancho reserves the right of not accepting products belonging to the same order but dispatched at different times; 
F) products must be handed to the courier and delivered within two (2) days from the date of accepted form from Sancho and within feftheen (15) days from the date of receipt of hte goods.
If the right of return is exercised by following the procedures and time limits specified in this article, Sancho will refuse any amounts already paid for the purchase of goods, excluding shipping charges for delivery and return of products purchased. 
The amount paid for shipment and delivery of products purchased will only be refused if the return is for reasons attributable to Sancho, such in the case products have factory defects or there were errors in the delivery of the same.
Reimbursement will take place as soon as possible and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which Sancho becomes aware of your right of withdrawal. Once the correctness of the terms and conditions above, as indicated in the following paragraph , is verified, we will activate the procedures for reimbursement.
If  return applications do not comply with the procedures and time limits for the exercise of your right of withdrawal as specified in precedente paragraph , reimbursement will be denied. Products can be regained as they were returned to Sancho at your own expenses. Otherwise Sancho will have the right to retain the goods, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase.
Refund timing and method

Once a product is returned, Sancho will carry out the necessary investigations relating the terms and conditions specified in paragraph 6. If the tests are completed successfully, acceptance of products returned will be sent by email. 
Whatever means of payment is used, reimbursement is activated within 10 days from the date on which Sancho confirms the correct execution of your right of return and accepts returned products.
If there is no correspondence between the consignee of the goods specified in the order and the person in charge of the payment of sums due, reimbursement will be addressed to those who made the payment. 
For purchases through PayPal, refund will be deposited entirely on your PayPal account from the moment Sancho accepts your return. Reimbursement made by credit card from your PayPal account depends on the credit card company, but it usually takes place within 30 days.

Applicable laws and settlement of disputes
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Italy and in particular by the Legislative Decree No 206, dated September 6th 2005 with respect to distance contracts and by the Legislative Decree No 70, dated April 9th 2003 with regards to electronic commerce. 
In the event of dispute between Sancho and customers emerging from the Terms of Use, Sancho guarantees, as of now, the full membership and acceptance of the Rules of Conciliation Risolvionline.
